Pray for the man God has chosen to be the next Senior Pastor of IBC. That the Pastor Search Team will have wisdom and discernment to put together the "job discription / application" for the position as well as to choose godly men to recommend to the church body. Pray for the protection of the Pastor Search Team during this time. For their physical health as well as spiritual. Pray for IBC to be open to the will of God. For the church body to make ready for the new Senior Pastor.
